EASTER HOLYDAYS

The church meeting in Nikea year 325 they desided that easter day shoud be the first sunday after fullmoon after equinox.

Easter is an important holyday and it is celebrated in the memory of Jesus Christ pain and suffer and rising from the dead.

We have old traditions like; easter eggs, easter bunnies and yellow chickens to the latest; easter vacation, easter krim, quiz and easter twigs dekorated with eggs and feathers.

Easter island in the Pasific ocean got its name from the time when Jacob Roggerveen, a Dutch explorer found it as the first european in 1722. It was the first easterday.

Because the Easter holyday has many days off, especially in Norway, have the easter holyday to many been a great time for getting together with the family and traveling. In Norway we go to the "easter mouintains", it means that we go skiing and stays in cabins up in the mouintains. On the trip we eat lots of oranges and Kvikklunsj.

The week before Easter, known as holy week, is very special in the Christian tradition.

The Sunday before Easter is palm sunday and the last three days before Easter are:

Holy Thursday,

Good friday

Holy saturday.

Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday and Good Friday respectively commemorate Jesus' entry in Jerusalem, the last supper and the Crucifixion.

Hello class! I'm allright, hope you are too. I'am not sure yet what we are going to do, but I know that we are going to take the snowmobil up in the glaciers and grill some hotdogs slide down the moutain sides on plastic bags.

Nu går vi på påsklov. idag har vi haft pyssel hela dagen och bra myst.

Det verkar lite tufft för våra lag i CH-lig. Men vi får hoppas att de löser det när det blir retur match.

Jag tog påsklov i måndags. Vi följer det norska.. har skolstart till tisdag. I ställe för pyssel i dag, tog vi skotrar till fjälls. Det är pyssel i pappas anda..

Det är tufft i Ch-lig, men som du säger, det blir returmatch...och då...!! ManU har scorat på övertid mot dom förut (Solskjær)
